# How Hypr works

Hypr operates through a dual-sided process designed for two main participants: Investors and Business Owners.

Each journey is built with transparency, simplicity, and legal structure in mind. Investors gain streamlined access to curated, real-world businesses, while business owners follow a clear path to raise capital through Hypr’s unique campaign model.

**What is a HyprDrop (or 'Drops)?**

A HyprDrop is a campaign on the Hypr platform where verified businesses offer investment opportunities to the public.

Each Drop includes a full business profile with revenue projections, profit-sharing terms, and supporting legal documentation. Investors may participate by unlocking a tier through token burn, and receiving an NFT that represents their profit-sharing stake in the business.

Explore both pathways to understand how participating in Hypr and its Drops creates real-world value, enables revenue sharing, and aligns incentives - all powered by Web3.
