# How HyprShow Pass Works

**Step 1: Get Your HyprShow Pass**\
Members acquire a HyprShow Pass through the Hypr platform (<https://hypr.fund/hypr-show>). Each pass represents your access to a series of curated entertainment events.

**Step 2: Hypr Produces Multiple Events**\
Hypr uses the pooled capital from HyprShow Pass holders to create and operate up to 4 events per year, ranging from concerts and fan-meets to festivals and special shows.

**Step 3: Events Generate Real Revenue**\
Each event generates income from multiple streams: ticket sales, merchandising, sponsorship deals, and VIP/Premium ticket packages.

**Step 4: Revenue Is Tracked and Brought On-Chain**\
All sales and revenue data are collected, reconciled, and integrated on-chain. This ensures that every rupiah earned is transparently tracked before any distributions are made.

**Step 5: Net Profits Are Distributed to Pass Holders**\
After event costs are accounted for, net profits are calculated and distributed fairly to all HyprShow Pass holders, using the same transparent, on-chain mechanisms that power the rest of the Hypr ecosystem.

**Step 6: Optional Buyback Every 6 Months**\
At 6-month intervals, Hypr opens a **buyback window**. During this period, you may choose to sell your HyprShow Pass back at the agreed buyback price, while keeping all profits you’ve already earned.
